Project Manager , Pest - Gurgaon - Reckitt @ Reckitt Benckiser

Job Description

To deliver assigned projects and activities for Pest Control and enhancement of existing products in line with the defined Category Strategy.

Responsible for project management and experimental development programmes in your area including planning, aligning and monitoring progress of projects, ensuring timely updations to relevant stakeholders.

Work closely with the Innovation and Qualification team(s) to maximise new initiative potential and ensure successful market launches

With the R&D Manager, lead the generation of clear and aligned Project Development Briefs ensuring timely inputs from category managers and R&D cross-functional teams.

To be accountable for liaison with appropriate development and supply chain personnel to ensure completion of all activities to plan & successful handover to Supply and launch to the market for the assigned projects

To support R&D Operations team globally in format initiatives and roll-outs

To be responsible for ensuring that all development activities on assigned projects conforms to legislative, Health & Safety and OMS requirements, including the adoption and tracking of project management best practices

Lead budget planning for the Pest category, develop budget plan and track ongoing project expenditures.

Become an expert in your field. Identify new opportunities which are consumer and business relevant.

Work closely with other R&D functions to maximise potential for new initiatives.

Effectively managing internal & external partners to ensure seamless development and project handover
