Job Description

Responsibilities:

• The Software Engineer typically performs coding, defect fixing and testing tasks independently and is not typically involved in technical designs yet, understands how requirements map to designs, and how designs map to implementation.
• • This person can ask pertinent questions to the internal team and communicate effectively verbally, via chat, andor email.
  • • Aware of the AppDev discipline, SME groups and initiatives going on to help advance the discipline.
    • • Starting to talk with manager and senior resources about how initiatives affect them and spots for them to contribute if applicable.
      • • Potentially participating in some of the SME groups, like design or startup.
        • • Is present for company functions, technical trainings or discussions and can find spots to participate with beginner experience on specific topics.
