Position Description:

Responsible for the full administration of all complex server farms. Provide highest level of technical advice on Server Administration and management.

Your Future Duties And Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for providing day to day Windows/Wintel Active Directory support for multiple customers by exercising proven Operating System and infrastructure experience in the enterprise space ing process; procedures; Standards; guidelines and best practices.
Install and configuration of AD Infrastructure.
Configure AD Backups.
Backups and restores on domain controllers.
Group Policies implementation and design and troubleshooting.
Administered DNS; DHCP and WINS.
Managed Group Policy Objects (GPOs) throughout the Active Directory (AD) enterprise.
Management of Active Directory trust relationship.
Trouble shooting Active Directory replication and performance issues.
Drive teams during triage; troubleshooting and recovery steps.
Creation and management of directory infrastructure.
Troubleshoot Includes FSMO roles; trusts; Kerberos KDCs; replication topology; etc.
Root Cause Analysis.
Worked closely with Microsoft to identify risks and perform remediation involving domain health and future strategy.
Provides windows server systems architecture; administration; installation; optimization; problem isolation and resolution.
Resolve/Respond to Incidents and Escalation as per SLA/SLO. Technical Requirements:
Strategic Skills involving designing; configuration and service improvements of Infrastructure Services.
Assist/Created user ID s; roles; groups OU s etc.
Provide support for problems relating to Active Directory.
Maintained and Managed Domain Name Service (DNS).
Developed project plan; served as primary task resource; implemented and migrated domain from Windows 2008 to Windows 2012 R2.
Ensured standardization; compliance and enforcement of policies and NOSC daily operating procedures.
Schema Administrator 1. Maintains security and integrity of schema 2. Oversees modifications to schema 3. Full disaster recovery plan and practice of schema recovery.
Created/modified user account; security groups; and distribution list to protect company proprietary information.
Excellent command on PKI infrastructure; Standalone CAs; Enterprise CAs; Policy CAs; Certificate templates; certificate management; web enrollment; auto-enrollment; certificate policies; certificate and CRL repositories; certutil; PKI enabled applications and Cross certification trusts.
Test environment for potential upgrade to Windows 2012 as an Active Directory platform.
Planned and executed on Active Directory computer migration to new forest.
Should have handling disaster recovery; ADFS & PKI.
Full disaster recovery plan and practice recovery of DCs and core Directory objects.
Secure remote administration of the DCs and member servers managed by the Infrastructure Group.

Experiences
6-10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ON Active Directory; Server Setup/Configuration; Server - Wintel; System Administration; Windows
Experience on RIM; PATCHING ; CLUSTER;
Have extensive experience in implementing and supporting large scale Windows systems; configuring networking and security; and ing system patches; security fixes etc.
Ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic environment and deliver objectives when expected.
Ability to produce effective technical documentation and present to management with benefit analysis.
Ability to follow policies; procedures and standards relating to systems management.
Experience working within a Data Center supporting multiple servers on enterprise grade hardware.
Expert level supporting Windows Server 2003/2008.
Experience with Active Directory.
Experience supporting Netbackup /Backup Exec. Expert level with implementing and supporting Microsoft Terminal Services.
Thorough understanding of TCPIP with hands-on experience with LAN/WAN administration.
Experience designing; building and maintaining virtualized environments.
High availability/Microsoft clustering.
Hands-on experience supporting Enterprise grade storage; (HDS; EMC; Storagtek; Netapp).
Microsoft Systems Administration certification.
Knowledge in Citrix Administration, Virtualization, Hyper-v; Vmware
Worked with OEM hardware (IBM/HP); & remote connectivity tools
Strong oral; written and presentation skills
Good analytical skills and an ability to define and articulate.
Ready to work in EST time zone
Good Communications skills.
Candidate must be willing to work in 24/7 shift mainly in NA shift
On call schedule and week end change schedule participation
