Job Description
Job Overview: This position will be a part of a development team responsible for working with key technology projects of the PwC network. A detailed description of the skills required, job responsibilities and other details are given below. Reporting structure & key relationships This position will report functionally to the Lead Developer and administratively to the Project Manager. Developers will be expected to liaison with the Architect, Testers and Scrum Master internally and externally with the Client/Product Owners. Job Description: This role is that of an Cloud Infrastructure (PPM / JIRA/ SnoW) 'Must haves' include: 1. Configure Service management using JIRA specific project templates or similar IT service management tools. Formulate best practices in using JIRA for project management or PPM implementations. Determine and visualize KPIs in JIRA/ SnoW from a project management perspective Onboard project plan activities and tasks along with dependencies, owners etc. ITIL Tools. Create a JIRA / SnoW playbook documenting the best practices and the approach used to implement projects in JIRA / SnoW for knowledge transfer. Support JIRA and Confluence administration, including creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards and reports configurations. Install, manage and administer Cloud application Service management tools add-ons, plugins, and extensions, API on tools like - Service Now, JIRA, Quickbase, Smartsheets Conduct training for the client for ITIL and Confluence on tools usage, implementations and lifecycle management. External Certifications : ITIL, Prince 2 Practitioner, Certified Scrum Masters will be prefered. Requirements: Candidates must have completed 10+2+4 (or 10+2+3+2) years of formal education with a bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Sciences with excellent academic credentials. Should be a BE/B.Tech/MCA with relevant experience as outlined in the section above. Developers must ideally possess a minimum of 5 years of development experience, in line with the requirements listed out in the section above. They must have strong communication skills and prior experience of working in offshore centres, preferably in competitor firms like Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, EY, TCS, Wipro, CTS etc. This role requires an overlap with US business hours. The candidate must be flexible and conversant to operate within prescribed timings.Perks and Benefits
