Job Description:

Defining Elearnmarkets scope, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, resources and timeline
Ensuring team members understand deliverables and have task lists
Putting together technical write- up for programming features of the site
Helping team to set and achieve realistic milestones
Mentoring developers on required subject matter
Reporting to management about any risk or possible delay in delivery
Ensuring documentations and reports are complete, correct and stored appropriately
While completing all of the above duties you must maintain excellent communication with the senior management while managing their expectations

Desirable skills:

Strong understanding of web technologies, usability, information architecture, and browser compatibility issues
Experience in LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Node JS & PHP) development stack
Experience in PHP Frameworks like ZEND/ CodeIgnitor/ Cake PHP
Experience of Development for Mobile App Platforms is a plus.
Experience with HTML5 / JavaScript (JQuery) / CSS Web Frameworks (Backbone, Bootstrap, Underscore, Angular JS, Head JS, REACT JS etc.)
Experience in source control systems such as GIT or Subversion (SVN)
Experience in running applications on Amazon Web Services, Azure, or other cloudbased platforms
Experience in technologies such as Redis, Elastic Search, Memcache, etc. is a plus
Experience in MongoDB, SOAP, Apache, restful API and XML is a plus
Experience with eCommerce & elearning web development
Knowledge of basis data management, database concepts, database- driven Web applications
Excellent communication, project management, and expectation management
Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities, meet deadlines, manage risk, and troubleshoot problems
