We are urgently looking to hire Team Leader Operations for our organization based at Kirti Nagar, New Delhi.

Job Description

You need to handle a team of about 15-20 reps working for leading Pharma company. You will be required to meet daily targets, be a part of recruitment, will be responsible for call listening and further coaching.

Graduate/ Post- Graduate

Excellent English Communication Skills

Should have minimum 2 years of Team Handling experience

Should be able to monitor calls and coach reps

Good command over CSAT/Shrinkage/Attrition etc

Monitor individual & Team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct aberrations

Adherence to Login hours & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
Develop strong customer relationships and provide paramount service

Immediate Joining

Salary- upto 30K

Day shift- Mon-Sat (10 a.m.- 6 p.m.)
