Job description:
The Commissions Finance Business Analyst II position at client is a key role in the Worldwide Sales Compensation Finance team and the migration to a new, best-in-class Sales Performance Management (SPM) system. The candidate will work closely with Compensation Analyst/Managers, IT, Sales, Finance and BTA teams. This role is responsible for performing key testing related activities within the system implementation process during UAT for Commission Finance, as well as supporting the tool administration post go-live during parallel runs.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional teams of users and IT developers to ensure a successful completion of testing phases and admin support post deployment in the Bangalore office, reporting to the Commissions Finance Sr. Manager for Global Processes.
Responsibilities:
- Execute user acceptance test scripts for Callidus implementation
- Document UAT progress and report/retest defects
- Support Callidus system administration post go-live for earning processing
Experience and Education:
Location Bangalore, India Required Qualifications and Skills a candidate for this position must possess:
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resource, or equivalent related work experience
- Experience with Sales Compensation software applications (Callidus a plus)
- Experience with defect tracking tools
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment
- Strong knowledge of sales compensation design and program execution
- Strong problem solving, organization, and process management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
