Job Description

Job Location - Delhi

Gender - Female only

Compensation - up to 7 LPA

Candidates having luxuryretailor aviation background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Established & maintained sound relationships with High Net Worth / Ultra High Net Worth individuals and provided assistance regarding company products & services.
To interact with customers on call regarding new offers, billing issues, product sales, service questions and general client concerns.
Billingof products,before & after Sale service.
Cross Selling and Up Selling to increase Sales.
Client interaction and relationship building.
Work on ideas for client activities.
Managed boutique operations including Inbound/Outbound and Inventory Management.
Assessing costs of company purchases; developing & implementing strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods/ services and maintaining stock levels.
Reviewed & analyzed historical data & market forces and provided assistance in procurement of materials.
Target break up on daily, weekly and monthly basis and analyze report with achievement.
