Responsibility:
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication (English, Hindi and any One Regional Language)
Minimum 1 year in Customer Support (Already worked in Escalation Desks would be an added advantage)
Shift : Must be flexible to work between 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (Any 9 Hours)
Should be willing to Join Immediately
Should be comfortable to work out of office
Should be flexible with 6 days working with 1 day rotational Off.
Education Qualification & Experience:
Graduation or Undergraduate from reputed Institute
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in handling escalations in customer support function
Interview Rounds: Telephonic Round, Assessment Test, Technical Panel Discussion, HR Discussion
Keyskills: Customer Support Customer Service Customer Interaction Inbound Calls Customer Handling
