Job Description:
1. Good oral and written Communication skills.
2. Target oriented.
3. Good Analytical and Reasoning ability
4. Client interfacing skills.
5. Comfortable to make calls to inetranal teams within client organization clients or respective stake holders.
6. Preference for agents with atleast 2 years of customer service, contact centre, order to cash
7. Preference for agents with prior knowledge of Order to Cash
8. Prior exposure to multinational firms is preferable
9. Knowledge on supply chain management or order management operations.
10. Excellent written and oral communication.
