Job Description

1. Guiding the organisation and team on using Agile/Scrum practices.

2. Independently capable of filling the gaps left in Agile/Scrum framework.

3. Removing the impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to do the same.

4. Guiding the team to achieve Sprint goals.

5. Coordinating the Sprint planning meeting and adopting techniques to estimate the user stories.

6. Facilitating Internal and external communication and improving transparency to get the work done effectively.

7. Providing full support to the team by showcasing leadership quality.

8. Helping product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.

9. Responsible to Conduct retrospective meetings.

10. Organizing and facilitating the sprint planning meeting.
