Profile :- Customer Support Associates.

Interview Mode : Telephonic

Required Languages : HINDI , ENGLISH , BENGALI , ORIYA , ASSAMESE.

Qualification Required:Any Graduate or Undergraduate Can apply
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months Experience are required in B.P.O
Skills Required: Excellent Communication skills + Basic Computer knowledge + Basic Process knowledge

Salary Offered: 1.55 LPA to 2.50 LPA

Shift : 24*7

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Answering premium customer queries via call Voice.
2) Establish relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service.
