Job Description
Successful launch of a Brand in Offline (Retail) as well as Online mode
Mapping of Retailers & online platforms & various other sales channels
On boarding Retailers & tie up with online platforms (Negotiations, agreements etc..)
Effective planning and execution of Roll out Plan
Ensuring the targeted premium brand positioning in the market
Strategizing and Driving a Branding & Marketing Plan (print, social media, etc..)
Required Candidate profile
BE+MBA with 13-20 years of experience in to Retail. Out of which recent 5 to 7 years Heading Retail Division.
Candidate from FMCG/Consumer Electronic/Garment/Retail etc..
Experience of launching a brand from scratch would be desirable.
Should have handled team of minimum 10 members with diverse skill set.
Ability to deal with HNI's
