Design and development experience of three tier enterprise products
Own feature development from definition, design through delivery
Exhibit strong development skills and
Ability to research, follow up and resolve complex challenges



Skill requirements:
3-6 years of experience in product development/services domain
Object-oriented methodologies
Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others
Ability to Model & design databases
Exposure to web portals and related technologies
Exposure to open source components for Development, Reporting, Testing for enterprise applications
Exposure to application clustering and load balancing techniques
Exposure to Java based caching techniques
Excellent problem-solving skills
Documentation using UML and other visual modelling tools.



Technical Skill requirements:
Web Services, Spring, Hibernate, JMS Messaging, Core Java, J2EE
Open Source Frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate
Exposure to a database preferably MySQL or Oracle
Build tools like ANT or Maven
Unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers

PG:  M.Tech - Computers, MCA - Computers

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
