Job Description
Qualification : B.E. / B TECH in Electronics or Electronics Communication, ME / M TECH in Embedded Technology with good academics results
Must have Skills : EMI/ EMC, Compliance Testing
Essential requirement:-
Experience of system level functional Testing, Reliability Testing, Prepared Testing plan Documents.
Experience of DFMEA, PFMEA, Root cause analysis investigation of field failure.
Knowledge of Simulation tool and should be familiar to lab instruments like Multi- meters, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Spectrum analyzer, Logic analyzer etc.
Experience of Timing, Thermal, Power, Pre and Post Signal Integrity Analysis.
Experience of EMI-EMC Testing:- RE, CE, RS, ESD, Surge, EFT etc.
Experience of Product level certification like EMI/EMC, ROHS, CE, WEEE, REACH, UL, IEC60950.
Experience in customer or vendor communication, Mentoring handling multiple projects. Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems and participate in discussions for high-level requirements analysis.
Sound knowledge of Hardware or Product design life cycle.
Knowledge of review the design for DFM/DFT, have to interact with System Architects, Application developers, Software Engineers, Mechanical design team constantly in realizing Multi-Disciplinary Products/Solution.
Basic knowledge of Analog, Mixed Digital signal, Power Supply, Embedded hardware of High Speed board schematic, PCB design and verification, component selection.
Knowledge of different protocol like I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, RS485, LIN, ADC, DAC, LCD, USB, Ethernet, MIPI, HDMI, CSI, Audio etc.
Knowledge of interface NOR/NAND FLASH, SDRAM, DDR, Ethernet, TFT-LCD, CMOS Camera.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present HW related technical solutions.
Key Word:-
Experience Hardware testing, FMEA, PFA, Root Cause analysis, troubleshooting.
Experience of power analysis, Reliability testing, Thermal analysis.
Experience of HDLC like DFM, DFT, Testing, Pre compliance of EMI-EMC.
Product level certification like EMI-EMC, ROHS, CE, WEEE, REACH, UL, IEC60950.
