Tech Mahindra is hiring for Voice Process (Hindi/English)

(Remote Interviews/Telephonic Interviews/Skype call Rounds)

Designation: Associate Customer Support

Qualification Required:Any Under Graduate or Graduate

Experience Required: Fresher and Experience both can apply
Skills Required: Excellent Verbal Communication skills + Basic Computer knowledge

Working Days: 6 days

Shifts: 24*7 (rotational shifts)

Job Location: Noida

Salary Offered: 1.2 LPA -2.2 LPA

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Answering premium customer queries via Voice.
2) Establish relationship and trust with customer by ensuring qualitative service.

Telephonic Interviews Only

Joining will be from office.

Timing : 11 am - 6 pm
