Job Description
Position DescriptionThe Access Administrator is here to help you with User Access provisioning requests for access to the applications and platforms necessary for you to service our customers. To this end, we:
- Assist in the definition of the access requests that are available for your systems
- Fulfill the user access requests after they are submitted
- Support any user issues with the requests
- Produce request information for audits and reviews of your systems
- Assist in the deployment of new systems or access changes for your business units
- Application Onboarding: configuring a new access provisioning process in Secure ( Home Grown User Access Provisioning Tool)
- Centralization: transitioning security administration tasks from the business to the Access Administration Operations team within Access Management
- Analyzes and resolves basic and simple access issues within defined service level agreements
- Demonstrate technical knowledge in assigned account provisioning and user account maintenance for network and applications.
Prevents/anticipates problems and focus on continuous improvement of manual and automated processes
- Participate effectively within an onsite/offshore model.
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix driven environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
- Responsible for monitoring project delivery success metric and work with teams to take corrective actions.
- Responsible for team adherence to Key Performance (KPIs) Indicators.
- Successfully lead and manage a diverse group of professionals and personalities on large complex engagements by fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Build and manage strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.
- Monitor and measures effectiveness of projects and strategies and provide recommendations to adjust as necessary
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with 9-12 years IT security work experience.
4-5 years management experience in leading teams.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
Proven communication skills, both written and verbal, to both business and technology audiences
Desired Certification in Information Security CISSP,CISM, CEH, GPEN, GWAPT
Demonstrate understanding of the relationship between security policies/standards and other control mechanisms.
Ability to build relationships and work well with different the organizations and diverse groups in a fast moving and dynamic virtual environment.
Familiarity with Security technologies, including authentication and access control mechanisms.
Demonstrated collaboration skills
Define/implement exceptions to established security policies and controls in order to meet business requirements, as appropriate.
