Desired Candidate Profile
Responsibilities1. Timely completion of information technology and information security audits in a manner that is consistent with the professional standards set by CohnReznick and their clients.
2. Adequately analyze and document all information technology and related controls, and develop an appropriate audit program to test the controls identified.
3. Evaluate the adequacy of security and processing controls as they relate to each audit, and the effectiveness of general IT controls within the IT environment.
4. Monitor the project status of new systems development, disaster recovery testing, and the clients business continuity plan, and other activities related to IT processing.
5. Review the reliability and integrity of clients financial and operating information and the means used to identify, measure, classify, and report such information.
6. Review the means of safeguarding information assets and monitor ongoing performance metrics established by the IT and Security Departments.
7. Collaborate and team with the financial and operational risk teams within the Governance Risk and Compliance group to work with an integrated framework and approach on SOX and internal audit projects.
8. Prepare audit work papers according to established corporate guidelines and industry standards, and as applicable create audit reports.
9. Present audit findings or other relevant information to Senior Management.
10. Maintain and enhance audit work paper templates.
11. Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively.
12. Team with partners and senior managers on proposals and business development calls.
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, B.Sc - Computers, BCA - Computers
PG: M.Tech - Computers, Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, MCA - Computers, MS/M.Sc(Science) - Cyber Security Engineering, Computers
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
