Job Description
The SW Test Manager will be responsible for defining and driving the Software test strategy and in ensuring that the Software achieves the defined verification maturity at dedicated milestones.
Main Tasks: 1) Define the Software test strategy for the different Software verification maturity levels
2) Define and publish metrics to drive the SW test strategy
3) Represent SW testing process in ASPICE audits
4) Drive continuous improvement in the SW test strategy to achieve improved quality
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelors / Masters degree in Electrical / Electronics/Mechanical.
Experience 3 - 7 years of experience
Keywords: embedded SW testing methodologies, PTC Integrity / DOORS, Automotive SPICE, SWD and AUTOSAR
Skills:
1) Good hands-on experience with state of the art embedded SW testing methodologies
2) Good knowledge of test management tools like PTC Integrity / DOORS
3) Good knowledge on Automotive SPICE
4) Good communication skills
5) Knowledge on Model-based SWD and AUTOSAR would be an added advantage
