Job Description

6+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance

* 2+ years core experience as a Team Lead -Testing

* Hands on experience in Agile methodology

* Develop QA processes and procedures

* Direct QA team and manage testing schedules

* Perform manual testing, the scope of which will encompass all functionality of services to as a prequel to Automation

* Utilize innovative test technologies to develop a product's testing strategy

* Expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution and Defect Management

* Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes

* Should be very strong in Manual Testing

* Good in Data Analysis, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification

* Design and build the automated test frameworks and test suites for use in development and testing cycles (Desirable)

* Experience in writing testing frameworks and automation tools is preferable

* Understands customer use cases and have developed framework for automated testing of developed Software (Desirable)

* Having financial domain (Investment Banking/ Capital Market) knowledge
