Senior System Analyst Positions For Scrum @ Faurecia

Technical responsibilities:

• The associate will be required to define, improve & maintain the e-Kanban tool
• Assist the project team and train new user for implementation of tool
• Interface with the FAS (Faurecia automotive seating) BG and other BGs as on when necessary
• Interface with the tool developer (Internal or third party)
• Prepare roadmap of development with existing or future tool (like Blockchain..)
• The associate will be required to co-ordinate with business stakeholders, delivery teams and vendors through the life cycle of the project
• Preparation on periodical budget for planning
• Data extraction and management report preparation
• Software administration along with necessary hardware configuration
• Lead the analysis, prioritization, documentation, management, simplification, and communication of project requirements
• Assist with project communication functions like preparing project analysis reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, dash boarding

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of program coding and architecture
• Software quality validation to ensure desired result from tool
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, including technical writing skills
• Skilled at translating customer needs into business solutions and requirements using creative problem-solving
• Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
• A minimum of 4+ years' Industry experience
• Ability to prioritize work to successfully deliver service to agreed levels in a diverse and constantly changing environment
• Effectively co-ordinate delivery of services involving elements delivered by other internal/external teams
• Strong customer focus
• Experience in communicating with senior executives
• Strong process implementation skills
• Demonstrated success in key stakeholder management
• Experience of using IT systems and reporting tools
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to work as part of a Global virtual team across multiple regions.
