Greetings!!!!!
We are having an urgent requirement with our Organization for PL Oracle D2K with Eastern Software Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Following are JD for Release/Test manager.
1. More than 4 years of experience in managing testing team in any software company.
2. Knowledge of any testing automation tool (Testing Whiz or Selenium is preferred.)
3. Capable in defining the scope of testing within the context of each release.
4. Knowledge about planning process like scheduling and tracking required in software testing.
5. Must be capable to manage all aspects of the end to end release process
6. Strong multitasking and organizational skills
7. Strong functional skill on following core modules of any ERP :
Sales / Finance/ Manufacturing/ Material management/ Human capital management/ Project management/ Budgeting/ Planning/ Maintenance.
8. Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
9. Technical Skill : MS Office/MS Project/Vision.
