** Work From Home Available For Part Time Employees. Candidate Should Have Personal Laptop/ Desktop & net connection..

**Pick & Drop Available For Full Time Employees**.

Designation call Closers /Sr. CCE/Team Leader/ Customer Care Executive
Industry : International Bpo
Process: Electronic Login device-ELD (lead generation /sales)
Shift Timing : Night.
Salary : 10000- 30000/- pm ( depends on last drawn CTC & Incentives).
** Part time: 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm ***(Salary : 5000-10000/-pm )
Experience* : 0 to 7 years*
Job location : Shakespeare Sarani (kolkata)
***Students are most welcome for this job !!
***Saturdays & sundays off**

Responsibilities and Duties:-
Handling Outbound/Inbound calls.
Responsible for making Cold Calls, handling outbound and inbound Process.
Identify and Assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:-

1.*Excellent Communication skills in English is mandatory *
2.Qualification - Class 10th and above.
3.Age-18-35yrs.
4.Fresher / Experience both are welcome.
5.Customer Care experience with hands on experience handling Overseas Customers will be preferred.
6. *For team leader minimum 1yr exp required in outbound sales process as TL.
7. * For call closers minimum 6m 1yr exp required in outbound sales process.
