Own all legal negotiations and contracting between company and its customers, working with external counsel as appropriate
Draft, review and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights
Redline and negotiate contracts to protect company's position and interests during the Contracts negotiation process
Communicate and negotiate with external parties during contract negotiations process (external counsel, stakeholders, etc.)
Collaborate with management to devise efficient strategies to mitigate risk and exposure around legal risks associated with various contracts
Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders
Drive contractual compliances including timely renewal etc. to protect the company's interest from applicable legal risks arising from contracts;
Work with teams in US and India as the case may be to drive 100% contractual compliances through various awareness sessions, contract review/sign-up process etc.
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
