Graduate Qualifications: Any Graduates/undergraduates
Experience Needed: Experience in International BPO / Call Center / Client Servicing / Customer Service / Technical Support / Marketing / Sales / KPO / ITES or any other relevant domain can apply.

JOB DESPRIPTION :

Connecting with customers through Inbound/Outbound calls regarding Credit Card payments

Making outbound collections calls - 1st Bucket Collections onwards.
Providing solutions & payment arrangements to Customers
A strong motivation for client service / customer satisfaction.
Adherence to prescribed quality, productivity and compliance standards.
Assist in resolving escalated issues
Ability to gel well with a diverse team of high performing individuals

Required Candidate profile

Candidates who are with relevant experience can apply
*Possess good analytical skills - detail oriented
*Possess good communication skills, both oral and written
*Be familiar with Microsoft applications and working knowledge of MS excel
*Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
