Qualifications -

BTECH / BE / BCA /MCA / BSC (IT)

Job Responsibility -

  1. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues related to electronic products and home appliances and provide solution for the same.
  2. Role will involve providing support to end users through calls and emails.
  3. Your role will involve providing quality services and resolve concerns efficiently and proficiently.
  4. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and should be able to utilize soft skills to retain and delight customers.
  5. Fresher/Experienced both can apply.
