Job Description

• Requirement for HR Executive - Training & Development.
• Knowledge of HR Operations. 
• Hands on Experience in Recruitment for IT & Non IT.
• Knowledge of Statutory Compliance like Pf, Pt, Esi, Bonus, Gratuity, Ctc, Tds etc
• Knowledge Of Payroll is expected.
• Knowledge Of SAP is preferred.
• Candidate has to train the fresher HR aspirants to various aspects of HR like Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll, SHRM etc.
• Also need to work on Internal recruitment openings for India, Usa & Germany. 
• Candidate must be able learn new updates in the profile.
• A very Good Opportunity for those who want to make a strong career in HR.
• Candidate must have excellent communication skills & convincing Skills.
• Self & Quick Learner.
• Adaptable to multi profile job tasks.
• Weekly Off on every Thursday.
• Sunday will be an half day.
