Execute end to end process to migrate mailboxes from on-prem to O365
Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with global partners , leads and peers. Coordinate with required higher-level technical teams during cases of top priority issues being worked upon.
Good knowledge about Office 365 products
Provide all the required reports and data to the messaging leads and manager
Assist - take ownership on day to day administration , support , maintenance and monitoring of the exchange online infrastructure.
Monitor exchange online health and services ensuring service uptime at all times.
Should be ready to work in a fast-paced challenging work environment in a global model across AMERAPACEMEA.
Excellent communication and verbal skills
Must be open for 247 operations on need basis
Should be quick learner in grasping new messaging related technologies.
Good to have Power Shell Scripting SME knowledge.
