Job Description
Overall Responsibility: Responsible for candidate counseling, marketing & business development activities, handling Calls and operations.
Profile: Making outbound calls to students or working professionals (database to be provided by the organization) who have completed their Graduation / Post Graduation (Finance & Accounting) and providing them complete information about the IIM courses (Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Financial Analytics, HR Analytics, Operations Analytics) available with Miles Education and solving their queries with counselling & taking them through the enrollment process for any of the course certification (as per requirement of the client).
Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Candidate Counseling - Counseling prospective candidates about CPA, CMA and IIM courses over phone.
2. Handling calls - 150+ (For student Mobilization and resolving queries - Sales Calls).Working hours:
10 A.M. - 7 P.M., 6 days working, weekly off on Monday (Sunday is a working day, since we do classes on Sundays)
Qualification:
Graduation in any stream; MBA (Marketing or HR) is preferred
Experience:
1+ years work experience in BPO or Call Centre (Outbound Calling- Sales).
Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills in English and regional language.
2. Proven track record in out bound calling sales profile.
