Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide L2 level Service Assurance support for user experience and Network related problem for WI-FI Network
Troubleshooting the network and service issues while adhering to SLA/KPIs and ensure target SLA levels are met for each ticket.
Troubleshooting of enterprise customers on cloud based Proxy/ VPN access/ and LAN connectivity
Working directly with equipment vendors, OEMs, Field Support Staff.
Analysis for root cause determination of issues including recommendations for improvements.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Write, review, and implement Methods of Procedure, SOPs.
Education and training of other individuals within the company regarding network routing.
Willing to work in a rotational shift 24x7 operation
Minimum Job Entry Requirements
Bachelor of engineering degree and 4- 6 Plus years of experience.
Experience or handling Enterprise Customers / Telecom Network/ WIF Network assurance function and preferably at L2 and above level.
Good technical knowledge on Routers and Switches and Access points
Experience in WI-FI RF Design
In-depth knowledge in WI-FI Spectrum and interference issues.
Experience of working with Cisco Meraki/ HP Aruba/ Cisco WLAN / Juniper Mist/ Ruckus controllers.
Exposure to Wi-Fi design tools such as Air Magnet
Experience in Operations and Maintenance of WI-FI Network
Knowledge on Mobile hand sets and its functions
Troubleshooting experience on Various OEM Access Points
Strong skills on Ticket management tools for reports and RCA making.
Strong analytical skills to resolve problems.
Strong oral and written communication skills to coordinate repair efforts and prepare reports.
Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts effectively between multiple groups.
Ability to work on call support as needed.
WI-FI RF Tools experience
Ability to work on call support as needed.
