Job Description
HIWe are hiring for Policy Servicing Insurance Operations profile in top most Banking Company in Gurgaon.
location : Gurgaon.
LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES OPEN TO TRAVEL TO GURGAON EVERYDAY.
JOB REQUIREMENTS ARE:
* Good communication skills required
Good MS Excel Knowledge.
Worked with Insurance sector earlier
MIN. 1 YEAR EXP IN INSURANCE POLICY PROFILE.
Maintain Tracker in excel.
Stake Holder management
Only Graduates.
SALARY UPTO 22K in hand
Job Responsibilities
Ensure 100% of the queries coming through the email id - Policyservice/INHA/CANH are answered within TAT.
Ensure 100% of the requests coming through the email id - Policyservice/INHA/CANH are processed within TAT.
Assign & route relevant queries & requests to specific users of the PS Team for timely and logical closure.
Tracking & follow up till complete closure of all the requests which have been logged from policy service help desk.
Extend assistance to all the hub users regarding any day to day issues faced regarding processing of PS Requests.
Managing the query and requests tracker to ensure all the queries and requests received are closed completely.
Acting as the first point of contact for all policy servicing related queries and requests from all stake holders.
