• Mentor, groom and be accountable for software testers as well as act as a high- performing individual contributor
• Understand the user needs and contribute beyond core QA: sprint design to product roadmap
• Creating and Enhancing Test Cases (Manual & Automation Scripts) using Element locators, WebDriver methods, Java programming concepts and TestNG Annotations
• Prepare test strategy to cover & test all requirements mapped by Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Executing Tests, Debugging, Analyzing Results, Defect Reporting & Tracking
• Write SQL queries such as joins and aggregation to test data driven logic
• Creating Reusable Components Function Libraries

• Work Experience & Domain Knowledge

• Overall, 7 to 10 years of experience, with a couple of years in automation frameworks, working knowledge of open source tools such as Selenium, Appius, Cucumber etc and hands-on experience in any programming language
• Experienced in end-to-end Automation testing for medium to complex projects
• Ability in Creating, Organizing and Managing Test Automation suite
• Experienced interacting with different project stakeholders
• Preference for candidates:
  o Prior experience with integration of Jenkins, Maven, Exposure to working with Dbs(any)
  o Understanding of non-functional testing such as performance and security testing
  o Knowledge on Agile SDLC, defect & document management tools such as Trac, JIRA, Rally, Confluence etc.
