We are hiring for Data warehousing Hana Big 4 Consulting House
Number of Vacancies- 7
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designing, develop & tune data products, applications and integrations on large scale data platforms (MS SQL server) with an emphasis on performance, reliability and scalability and most of all quality.
- Analyze the business needs, profile large data sets and build custom data models and applications to drive the business decision making and customers experience
- Develop and extend design patterns, processes, standards, frameworks and reusable components for various data engineering functions/areas.
- Get the work done attitude in an Agile environment and Scrum Model
Requirements
- Data warehousing experience
- 6+ years of experience in Data warehousing technologies
- Excellent knowledge and work experience in native HANA, MS-SQL and ETL integration points with enterprise BI and EDW tools
- Comfortable with writing SQL stored procedures.
- Strong in modelling using calculation views , attribute views and analytics views.
- Worked on building Calculation views and procedures
- Strong experience on SQL and PLSQL
- Exposure to big data and cloud technologies is a big plus
- Creating star schema data models, performing ETLs and validating results with business representatives
- Monitoring and tuning queries and data loads, addressing user questions, monitoring performance and communicating functional and technical issues.
- Any programming language experience is a plus (JAVA/Python)
- Should be able to take the lead and interact with US team members with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills across distributed team environment
- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
- Experience in documenting User Stories and Functional Test cases
- Understanding of release and change management process
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Qualification: BE or B Tech or MCA + MBA will be added advantage
