Desired Candidate Profile

Responsibilities:

Attend inbound calls (requires neutral English accent)
Assist field operator by provisioning orders in system
Assist field operator in troubleshoot and repair of equipment
Report call status back to respective Lead/Manager
Support on late night shift login is mandatory

Freshers are also welcome.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

0-2 yrs experience
Prior experience with US based voice process (additional advantage)
Good communication skills
Profound with basic computer skills (Windows & Excel)
Ready to work in late night login shift based on project requirement
Familiarity with US culture is an added advantage; at-least should be willing to adopt the same due to requirement in work

Interview Date: 1st February to 15th February(Weekdays Only)
Timings: 4pm onwards
