Profile: UI/ UX Designer Home About Us Services Products Career Ventures Globsyn Contact Us Career Home Career Current Openings: Profile: Java Architect Profile: Java developer Profile: iOS & Android Developer Profile: B2B Sales - Fintech Profile: MIS Manager Profile: UI/ UX Designer Work Experience: 5- 6 years Required Skill Set/ Roles and Responsibilities: BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field (or higher) Should be able to gather and evaluate user requirements, in collaboration with product specialist and management Should be able to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Should have a proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, or other visual design and wire- framing tools Should have a proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping Strong knowledge to create desing for Mobile application Should be proficient in designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets Should be able to develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Should be able to create original graphic designs (e. g. images, sketches and tables) Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user- system interaction Shold be able to prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Should be able to identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e. g. responsiveness) Should be able to conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback Should be able to adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images Should have a proven work experience as a UI/ UX Designer or similar role Must have Characteristics: Must have a portfolio of design projects Must have knowledge of wireframe tools (e. g. Wireframe. cc and InVision) Up- to- date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders Good time- management skills Thorough personality - pays attention to detail Takes initiative and Motivated Salary: As per Industry Standard
