Job Responsibilities:

1. Answering and resolving customers queries received via email.

  1. Meet the Basic Targets with high Fatal error accuracy and overall Accuracy
    3. Interacting with customer to understand the query better and to provide appropriate resolution
    4. Cross selling an insurance plan.

    Qualifications -

    1. Graduate in any stream/ Preferable Masters degree
    2. Should have basic computer operating knowledge

    Preferred qualifications-

    1.Should have >1 year experience in operations/customer services
    2. Good communication skills with I speak of 3-4
    3. Written communication skills
    4. Basic computer operating skills.
