Assistant manager - production @ Perfect Personnel

Job Description

Overseeing that the production target is achieved with acceptable quality required by the customers.
Minimizing downtime by troubleshooting stoppages and breakdowns and coordination with maintenance team; ensure press operation by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions and supervise the repairs.
Supervise proper stacking of material and identification of reject material on daily basis. Accountable for daily stock verification, generation & stock reconciliation, coordination with Production, Quality, Dispatch team.
Preparing Material Requisition Forms, Issue and Receive Notes, etc. as well as receive goods, and issue all goods and supplies as required.
Managing a team of 40+ workers for achieving targets on time.
Entrusting with the task of ensuring timely production and co-ordinate with creative team and ensure optimum quality control along with inspecting the final result.
Process Improvement through Six Sigma.
