International marketing and sales

Strong oral and written communication in english

Built and maintained relationships with key decision-makers and match clients with media proposals according to their needs

Creating new leads and converting them to customers

Great knowledge in selling diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry to over seas buyers

Explaining the business plan and forming the business relationship with foreign companies by becoming their supplier.

Initiate , and do closure of the sale.

Increased sales by marketing products on social media.

Increased sales by targeting target audience.

Display excellent customer service skills, identify and overcome objections of customers.

Demonstrate conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation skills.

Built and maintained social media platforms for the company and did online marketing of the company and company product.

Do communicate and build business through emails , WhatsApp, and Instagram with clients.
