Food Delivery Services The company may undertake food delivery operations directly or through strategic tie-ups, including home delivery of cooked meals, tiffin services, and packaged food orders. Delivery may be facilitated via proprietary digital platforms, apps, aggregators, or dedicated logistics infrastructure. Food Processing & Contract Manufacturing The company shall establish and operate food processing units for the manufacturing, semi-processing, and packaging of a wide variety of food products, including ambient, frozen items, gravies, sauces, snacks, and condiments. The business may also involve white-label, private-label, and contract manufacturing for consumers as well as third-party brands. Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Products & FMCG Packaged Foods The company shall develop, manufacture, and market ready-to-eat, heat-and-eat, and shelf-stable packaged food products under its own brand or for other businesses. These products may be distributed through e-commerce, modern trade, retail stores, or institutional buyers within India or abroad. Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HORECA) B2B Supply The company may engage in supply of bulk, semi-finished, or ready-to-serve food products to hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutional kitchens. Products may include gravies, sauces, marinades, pre-cooked components, snacks, and full meal solutions.
