• To Recruit Agency Partners to create Life Asia Codes
• To make COPs & BOPs
• To Coach new Partners to do COP
• To help Partners use Digital & Physical Tools for Recruitment
• Meet the budgeted business numbers
• Periodic meeting of Partners & Las
• Retention of Partners & LAs
• Meet the CLA numbers
• Initiatives to improve Partner Income
• Support Agency with all relevant report & MIS

Job Specifications:

1. The candidate must be a graduate
2. Must have minimum 5 years of sales experience
3. Any Sales Experience
