Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting and Development:
Organizing and conducting recruitment events for APs and LAs.
Identifying and onboarding prospective APs and LAs.
Ensuring proper licensing of agents and building their teams.
Training and Coaching:
Conducting training programs for APs, focusing on skill development and product knowledge.
Coaching and mentoring APs to provide need-based financial solutions.
Helping APs with prospecting and field work activities.
Performance Management:
Setting goals and performance expectations for APs.
Conducting regular performance reviews and discussions.
Driving the productivity and performance of both new and existing APs.
Business Growth:
Generating new business and renewing existing business through the agency channel.
Implementing sales promotions and strategies to boost performance.
Ensuring accurate business reporting and MIS.
Customer Service:
Understanding and addressing customer needs.
Providing excellent customer service and support.
Operational Tasks:
Handling the operational aspects of onboarding new APs and interacting with support functions.
Taking responsibility for AP income.
