Job Description

Job Role:

Provide customer service by addressing complaints related to order status, Inventory, Billing related queries, through web-chat and email based communication tools.

1-year Customer Service Experience in Chat (preferably in a contact center)

Candidates with 0 to 3 years experience in BPO Industry.
Age <= 30 years.
