We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process in the Financial Services sector. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and possess excellent communication skills in English, we'd love to hear from you!
Handle customer queries and grievances effectively and professionally.
Provide timely resolutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally in English.
Maintain customer interaction records as per company guidelines.
Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Language Proficiency: English Excellent (
Work Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Work Schedule:
Shift: Night Shift (9-hour shift including a 1-hour break)
Work Days: 5 days/week with 2 rotational week-offs
Cab Facility: Available (applicants must reside within company-defined boundaries)
