Relationship Management
1. Develops strong and effective working relationships with the sales teams to ensure growth in their respective client lists
2. Establishes rapport easily. Develops long term relationships based on mutual trust & confidence. Builds & maintains effective working relationships with peers, team members & others. Works in a collaborative way with others
Reports
1. Analyse monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial performance and prepare reports for each client
2. Sending the weekly reports based on the sales calls attended and orders expected.
3, Sending the reports on enquiry and BOM submitted.
4, Taking responsibility for the payment outstanding and sending the report on the same.
Business Development
1. Monitor annual sales strategy and quarterly targets and prepares reports, annual budgets, and submits regular sales forecasts.
2. Preparing the BOM and Cost sheet based on the customer requirement and make sure to get the orders.
3. Ensure the sales team maintains a cost discipline in line with expectations
4. Increasing the funnel of sales and customer list
5. Meeting the sales target

Developing the team and expanding the sales forces at other region as well
Technical Skills
Excellent analytical skills, previous experience in business analysis, keen understanding of how business works & reporting and enhancement or business analysis experience
