Required Qualifications:

• 1 - 3 Years of IT Recruiting experience in Domestic Staffing Industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements
• Expertise in the creation and use of Boolean search strings.
• Proficient in using job portals and social networking sites.
• Excellent knowledge of Job portal searches.
• Excellent Knowledge of Multiple IT Skills.
• Good command of verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handling End-to-End Recruitment ( Preferably Strong in C2H / Contract Hiring ) processes.
• Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portals and social networks.
• Sourcing & Screening profiles, short-listing the candidates in preliminary rounds.
• Scheduling interviews, a follow-up to get feedback, negotiating the salary.
• Managing resumes and updating the database.
• Confident in interactions with individuals of all background and skill level.
• Confident in negotiating rates and compensation packages.
