Job Description
Skills and Qualifications:5 years of prior work experience, preferably in a Cybersecurity product
company
BS / MS in Science / Comp. Science. Degree / diploma in Business Administration is welcome.
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Trained on Agile
Minimum 5 years of experience of Program Management, preferably in a product company. Cyber-security experience, a huge plus!
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working across time-zones and geos
A natural multi-tasker with ability to track multiple projects
Persuasive influencer but not an aggressive pusher
Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels in the organization Role and Responsibilities:
The candidate is expected to co-ordinate product development and security content activities across multiple teams
Work effectively with Product Managers and Engineering managers to define priorities
Excellent work ethic
Must be well versed with the Agile methodologies with prior experience of working with a team using Agile
Good knowledge of tools and processes like project tracking, DevOps, defect tracking, Build and Release
Prior knowledge or experience of Security Content operations is a massive advantage
Some level of Cybersecurity technical knowledge is essential
Knowledge of malware detection and protection technologies is desired but not a must
Strong will to learn new domains
Some knowledge of Incident Response processes is desired
Ensure best use of available resources
Own the release schedules, timelines and issue. Always keep all stakeholders updated
Work across Dev, QA, DevOps, Cloud Operations and Support teams to drive products forward
Good people skills.
