Job Description
- Lead large-scale SAP IBP implementations, with a strong focus on transition planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery: from requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration to deployment and hypercare.
- Create and manage transition roadmaps, project plans, cutover activities, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and resource planning.
- Coordinate data migration, interface development, and integration with ECC/S/4HANA, APO, or other legacy systems.
- Manage vendor/partner teams, onsite/offshore resources, and governance activities.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and maintain project documentation, issue logs, and KPIs.
- Conduct training, change management, and end-user adoption programs.
- 15+ years of experience in SAP supply chain domain, with minimum 5- 7 years in SAP IBP.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end IBP transformation or transition programs globally.
- Deep knowledge in one or more IBP modules: Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Control Tower, Response & Supply.
- Strong expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.
- Hands-on experience with cutover planning, UAT management, and hypercare support.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, Solution Manager, or other delivery tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / SAP Activate certification is highly preferred.
- SAP IBP Certification or relevant module-level expertise.
- Exposure to industry best practices in manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceuticals.
- Experience in managing multi-country SAP rollouts or transitions.
