Designation: HR Recruiter / Sr. HR Recruiter/ Business Development Manager / Team Leader

Salary: 1Lakh to 4.5Lakh (Based on Experience)

Experience: 1 to 8 Years relevant experience.

Job Location: Mira Road (East)

Job Profile-

• Sourcing the best talent from diverse sources like portals, social site and managing consultants
• To manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, initial screening, short-listing resumes from job portals.
• Interacting with candidate, briefing about the profile for various positions. Scheduling telephonic or personal interview of shortlisted candidates.
• Follow-up with the candidate regarding interview process until the candidate joins the company
• End to End Recruitment Process.
• Working on Different Job portals.

• Sourcing data through different platforms.

• Working on PAN India Recruitment.
• Short-listing the final candidature for further round of the interview with industry experts.
• Preparing and maintaining daily reports.
• Co-ordination with the candidates and explaining them the Job Profile in details and understanding their present requirements.
• Initial screening of the resumes with respect to candidates experience, job requirement and role.

• Scheduling of the interviews for the candidates.

• Headhunting and referencing in order to get candidates not available on job portal.
