Job Description:
This position is responsible to support the EU Supply Chain team in the daily management of the customer allocations. The purpose is to ensure proper and fair resources allocation to the end customers ( Mainly Clinics and Hospitals in Europe).
It is related to the system so-called Customer Restrictions, Edit blocks and hard allocations i.e. analyze the blocked sales orders lines and put in place the necessary actions.
In this position, you will also participate to secure the New Product Launches in maintaining the customer database, analyzing stock levels and creating new codes in PIM.
Some of the responsibilities are:
1/ Edit Blocks, Restrictions and Hard allocations management
- Give appropriate answers/instructions to the Customer Services
- Ask the Sales/Divisions for forecast gains update in PricePoint (CRM in the future)
2/ Identify new customers and maintain NPL (New product Launch) reports
- Identify stock out risk
- Update the safety stocks or Forecast on the different Distribution Centers when necessary
3/ Code creation in the Master Data Management system (PIM)
- After data collection by the NPL Specialist
- Control the data and key in them in PIM
NB: This position may evolve with other Supply Chain tasks in future therefore polyvalence and open mind attitude is highly expected from the candidates Skills / Experience / Qualifications
Essential Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to liaison with European counterparts.
- Methodic and structured organization skills.
- Good analysis skill
- Proficient with MS Office (in particular Excel)
- Able to work well on own initiative or as part of a team with different cultural and national backgrounds.
- Confident in dealing with individuals at all levels internally.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors degree and relevant experience in Supply Chain.
Supply Chain training is a plus.
Work Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience is desired.
- Hands-on experience on QAD as an ERP is a Plus.
- Previous Supply Chain Experience.
