Job Type: Full time
Location: Noida , Sector 58 (WFH till the lockdown)
Work Timings- UK Shift - 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Working Days:- 6 Days Working
Qualification : Graduation/ PG (Maths)
Language Proficiency: English mandatory, preferable US English

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication skills (Reading/writing).
• Good Knowledge of Computers with good typing Speed.
• Experience of teaching/ tutoring/ Content Developer can be considered.
• Candidate should have maths knowledge or maths background upto K-12

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Managing customer relationship, Client Engagement and ongoing support for the Channel Partners.
2. Provide customer support and product training to Channel Partners.
3. Surprise Inspections to ensure the quality and the compliance for the Business Model are intact.
4. Coordinating with the internal marketing and PR teams to support their respective commitments.
5. Interacting with students and getting regular feedback to help improve the learning environment.

Any candidate having CELTA can also be considered for the same.
